Google TV was a platform developed by Google, assisted in development by Sony, Logitech, and Intel, to create a smart interface for TV's. With the Android system and the Google Chrome browser, it allows viewers to watch not only live TV, but online videos as well. Along with the platform, it comes with a variety of apps. Such as Netflix, Pandora Radio, and other apps based on the viewer's interests. Its successor platform is Android TV.^{[citation needed]}
