Motorola was a company that was based in Schaumburg, Illinois, United States. It was engaged in a variety of businesses, including radios, TV's, pagers, and cell phones.[1] Motorola Mobility, the portion of the business that manufactured cell phones, was spun off in 2011, which led to it being acquired by Google.[1][2] Google then agreed to sell it to Lenovo in 2014.[2]
